Greenwood & Partners was established by Tom Greenwood in 2016, with the ambition of providing an alternative recruitment solution to the real estate market. With over 15 years real estate recruitment experience, Tom has an enviable knowledge of the market and a vast network of connections.

Since its inception, Greenwood & Partners have placed individuals that manage in excess of 8 million square feet of multi-tenanted space; this space includes some of the UK's most prestigious buildings.  Following this success, Greenwood & Partners are now also able to provide professionals to the finance and residential arms of real estate functions.

In his spare time, Tom is a Dad to two boys and a rather loveable labrador, Lottie.

He is Head Coach to the U7's Bedford Junior Blues rugby team and can often be found either playing golf or caddying for his six year old.
